Agreement

By creating an account or using For You Later, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

The service provides tools to collect, organize, and share family memories among people you invite. Features may change over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.

Your content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant the host and the software a limited license to host, process, display, and back up that content solely to operate the service for you and people you authorize (such as contributors you invite).

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload the content you provide (including photos of children for whom you are a parent or guardian, or with appropriate consent).

Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, harassing, exploitative, or sexual content involving minors.
• No attempting to break security, access others’ data without permission, or overload the service.
• No sending spam or misleading invitations.

Contributors

If you invite contributors, you are responsible for the invitations you send and for who may view or add content in your archive according to product controls.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet every requirement or that data will never be lost; you should keep independent copies of material that matters to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the host’s aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitation applies to the fullest extent allowed.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account where the product provides that option. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, legal risk, or extended inactivity according to reasonable policies posted or communicated to you.

Governing law

Unless your host specifies otherwise in a separate agreement with you, disputes are governed by the laws applicable where the host operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts in that location have exclusive jurisdiction—except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or notice in the product. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
